My favorite part of Germany is Black Forest region in the south.Its forests are green and lush and it has many wonderfull hidden places like waterfalls and ruins ,creeks and lakes.One of this gems is Schluchsee.

You can hike all around it ,not more than 19 kilometers and it will take you about 5,5 hours with stops for taking pictures and getting refreshed. If you have more time you can rest your feet in fresh and crystal clean waters which are already quite warm in May.

Me and my husband started our hike quiet late in the morning so we didnt have much time to soak our feet..But just walking on the sand beaches ist enough to get a bit of mediteranian feel .

It was a georgeous day and the sky was so photogenic , i could not stop photographing it and its reflection in crisp water surfaces.
